As a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Lake County, Florida, our 100-acre lakeside campus in Altoona offers garden homes, villas, and apartment homes with maintenance-free living, wellness programming, and a full continuum of care. Because Lakeview Terrace is a Life Care community, residents also have guaranteed access to assisted living, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation on the same campus if care needs change.

Every residence includes ceramic tile, window treatments, individual climate control, Internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a private washer and dryer, and a “help” button if needed.
